CHARTER OF FEDERATION OF SOCIETIES ON CONSUMER RIGHTS
PROTECTION OF UZBEKISTAN
1. General tasks:
1.1 Federation of societies on consumer rights protection (in the following orders it is called “Federation”) – a self-governing and non-profit organization that Voluntarily organized by individuals to introduce sensitive mechanisms in order to increase consumer rights protection with the way of Comprehensive development of the social movement of consumer rights protection in Uzbekistan. Its organizational-legal form is a public association.
1.2 Federation of societies on consumer rights protection of Uzbekistan was established based on Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, “About Non-Governmental Nonprofit Organizations”,” Public associations in the Republic of Uzbekistan “and “about consumer rights protection” of laws and also on November 28, 2002, 414th decision were adopted on “Expansion of Public Participation in the Protection of Consumers’ Rights» by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as according to other legislative acts regulating activity of non-state non-profit organizations.
1.3 The Federation and its territorial organizational structures carry out their activity based on current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and this Statute. This Charter is the only constituent instrument for Consumer rights Protection Organizations and their regional associations, which is the Federation and its organizational structure.
