THE CAR’S CAREFUL PART WAS POOR QUALITY

Ahtam Nasillaev, resident of the Bogishamol Street in Navoi city, appealed to the Navoi regional association on consumer rights protection.

In his appeal, he bought a basket and a CD with a monthly warranty period of 225 000 sums from car parts store near a regional finance department but has expressed his dissatisfaction with the failure of the product during the warranty period, and asked for practical assistance in addressing this issue.

The application was examined by the society experts and, in fact, found out that the parts were not of high quality. The legitimate explanations were given to the seller of the store and returned 225 000 sums to the citizen who paid for the goods.
