A few days ago, he purchased spare parts from Samarkand for his personal car. The seller took money out of the plastic card twice. (800 000 sums instead of 400 000 sums). It is understandable, it is probably a technical mistake, and sometimes there are problems with cashing on terminals. However, the seller did not confess his mistake and even he did not speak to consumer politely. He did not want to admit that the truth was true. In the end, this disagreement prompted Mr.Turayev to appeal to the Federation of Societies on Consumer Rights Protection of Uzbekistan.
The application was studied by specialists of Okdaryo district association of Samarkand regional society. As a result, the seller returned consumer’s money.
