THE MONEY PAID FOR GAS DID NOT GO TO THE CONSUMER’S ACCOUNT

Bazar Shukurov, a resident of the neighborhood “Buyrapusht” of Sariosiyo district, appealed to the Federation of societies on Consumer Rights Protection of Uzbekistan with a “1091” hotline.

According to the application, the citizen did not receive 610,000 sums for used gas in his account, but he paid. That is why it was considered debts to the consumer. The application was reviewed by Sariosiyo District Society on Consumer Rights Protection. Due to a technical error, the citizen has not received his money for used gas in his account.

With the district society employees, consumer’s 610,000 sums were transferred to his account.
