Ulmas Abduganiev, a resident of Komilon neighborhood in Uzbekistan Street, Karshi city, purchases a pair of men’s shoes worth about 133 000 sums from a shopping mall in I.Karimov Street in Karshi. However, purchased footwear will serve the consumer two days. The buyer who disagrees with this situation demands that the shopkeeper return to the quality of the poor quality, telling the seller about the situation. Unfortunately, the seller declined the buyer’s request. After that, consumer was forced to appeal to Karshi city of the Consumer rights protection society.
The appeal of the citizen was examined in the presence of the employees of Karshi city society. During the study, it was alleged that the seller had violated the applicable law “On Consumer Rights Protection” and returned to the shop the low quality footwear sold by the seller on a voluntary basis to the buyer and changed the product with another one.
